Zuo Modern Office Chair White Criss Cross, One Size

This chair has held up for me for about 4 years now. There's one of the lattice pieces that has come detached, but that piece stays in place and the chair back is not unraveled. It looks like it did the day it arrived.The chair rocks back and forth a little, but it doesn't recline or tilt as advertised. The swivel and wheels all work, and the up and down function is not much of a range, but it's enough to support the height of most desks. I bought this chair because I wanted a swivel chair that wouldn't take up half the room and that wasn't of the hideous appearance as the ones at office stores. I like this chair, bought it from amazon, and found the packaging to be standard. Everything arrived and wasn't damaged. I will probably keep this chair, and will continue to use it in my current apartment and for some future purpose too.

I like this chair as it is different. I use this with my spare desk in the guest room and it does not take up alot of space. Sleek design. I have had it for about a year and it is still holding up well.

The chair is sturdy and comfortable. Purchased the product in 2009 and it has lasted for couple years until the wheels broke. Cannot find replacements so the whole thing has to be dumped. Good while it lasted!

Bought one of these at a retail shop. It had a bum wheel on it but I thought, hey, no problem to buy a replacement caster for it. Wrong!! The casters are a custom length so only option is to buy a different length caster and cut it, which I don't have the equipment to do that properly. Tried calling the company directly but they "don't deal with the end consumer" and told me to go back to the store and have the store call Zuo with the specific purchase order for the chair I got from the store and order the wheel for me. Yeah, right! The store is who told me to call the manufacturer. Catch 22. Nice chair but not worth the aggravation over what should be a $1.69 caster.

I bought this chair for the looks and simplicity and it proved true. It is a simple chair. It has zero options other than spinning in circles. The seat has zero padding and is uncomfortable and very hot to sit in for any period of time. The arms scratch easy and I bumped a caster taking it out of a pick up truck ever so lightly and it broke in two. I spent $45 on three caster sets to fix the one wheel to no avail. It is a custom caster and I could not have it fixed. In the trash it goes. I recommend saving your money.

I am overall happy with the purchase. The chair came well-packaged and complete with all of the parts, Easy to put together and diagram sufficed. If I can assemble this thing, anyone can! It's not the biggest desk chair I have had, but it works in a home office perfectly. Stylish and simple and suitable for many types of decor--exactly as pictured.

HelloWe purchased a dozen chairs which started to fall apart on the edges and it took several months to get anywhere which was a dead end. Money out the window. The chairs were used in a well taken care of environment and it just comes down to who treats their customers fairly. Thanks
