Tajín Twist Sweet and Spicy Seasoning, Fruit and Chili Powder, 10.6oz

Taste is wonderful is sweet and sour and goes well with everything.

This Tajin fits the description to a T. I found a small bottle of it at a grocery store and started using it on so many different food. I searched Amazon for more and found these larger bottles for a very reasonable price.

Overall (10/10) Taste (10/10): If you’re a fan of the original Taijin, chances are you will love this one as well. The “twist” is that this version is much sweeter which pairs well with a lot of different fruits such as mangoes, apples, watermelon, oranges, and many more! It definitely still has that sour element, but to a lesser degree. Personally, I prefer this version paired with fruits and the original Taijin for snacks like Tostilocos and for the rim of drinks. Bottle Size (10/10): I feel like the amount you get for the price is fair. You get two big bottles that will last you a pretty long time. Quality (9/10): The Taijin powder tasted fresh and wasn’t clumped up. The items I received had an expiration date of about 6 months from the date of purchase. Heat Level (5/10): It’s more sweet than it is spicy!

Best tasting ever love it.

I love Tajin. This gives eating plain fruit a run for its fruit. The spice blend is amazing. That sweet adds the extra sweetness. Then the spicy is a taste bud teaser. Has a little bite to it from the spice blends. Add it on apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, mangoes and other delicious fruits. This will make you want more fruit.

While I admittedly don't think this product is for me, I will say it's quite unique. It's got a balance of spicy and sweet (in a citrus sort of way) flavors -- I'd say it's about 65% spicy and 35% sweet, so be prepared for a little kick, but then the sweetness tingles your tongue too. Weird experience for me, and not sure it'll pair well with the types of foods I eat, but I have some friends who really like it.
