Sturdy and Zippy Board
This is our first electric skateboard for two teens that are casual skateboarders. Our neighborhood streets are a bit bumpy with cracks so we were worried it would get hung up but it did not. The large wheels run smooth and the board is very sturdy. Deck has nice grip and the art is fun. The package comes with instructions, charger, and a skateboard tool to make adjustments. The remote has a lanyard for the wrist (smart) and is lightweight with easy to understand controls. We are very pleased with the quality and ease of use of this skateboard. The kids are having a fun time zipping around the neighborhood.

Great scooter for 8 year old girl.
Good electric scooter for 8 year old Grand daughter. She rides it all day long. However there is a issue with the steering stem bearing collar and lock nut. It comes loose all the time causing sloppiness in the front end and clanging noises. I am a mechanic so i am able to take it apat and grease the bearing and tighten it up. You will need a 36mm spanner wrench to do it.

Good luck with tech issues. Nobody there. Doesn't charge - less than a year old
This scooter doesn't charge. It stays at a low 1 bar and doesn't charge any more. It's only been charged 2 times since we barely used it before it stopped charging. I tried contacting the tech support email but it's full and doesn't accept new emails. We now have a dead paper weight and nobody to help with our practically brand new scooter that is worthless.

Great little scooter
I love this scooter! It does everything I need it to do. Charges easily, holds the charge for long periods of time, and is very portable. Folds up nicely to a fairly small size. Very happy with my purchase.

Another way to get around
I am new to this so I'm sharing my experience. You need to practice at a parking lot to understand how to manipulate. The instructions are clear but it takes practice. It isn't anything like riding a bike more like driving a car. So be careful and start slow. The hard part for me was going down hill and stopping. In a car you have your foot pedal to ease the speed but on a scooter you have to manage your fingers and hands to accelerate and brake. Starting is easy. It's the stopping that is tricky. I'm going to add a removable scooter seat. I have a bum knee so I'm trying to be careful. I don't use it in far distances and I go slow with ease. I haven't and wouldn't use this on a rainy day because the tires are made of plastic. Folding it to fit the car is great. It is heavy but not too heavy for you to lift from one spot to another. I bought a carrier bag in case I need to carry inside a store or restaurant. It folds into a size you can put in a shopping cart if you need to carry it with you. The bag case that I bought has a shoulder handle. I think, it's safer than parking it outside. Overall, it's a good price and great transportation if you are just going somewhere near by.

Love it!
This is a great scooter and holds way more weight than advertised if you are an heavier adult. Let it charge for at least 8 hours before 1st use

Didn't even last me half an hour on my first use
I bought this to help take myself to work as I don't drive and my job is too far for me to walk and I made sure it had a full charge before I took it out and after half an hour it died on me and I almost didn't make it to work, I had to call a friend to help me. Wasn't worth it
