Doctors Best Natto-Serra, Supports Circulatory & Immune Health, Non-GMO, Vegan 90 Veggie Caps

I had been having pain in my left leg whenever I walk. Doing research online lead me to believe I either had DVT or a blood clot. I cannot afford medical care so I'm stuck with having to self diagnose. Anyway, I came across info on this product during my research. I had read every review written and knew this was a definite 'have to try' product. I ordered my bottle but didn't have the patience to wait for delivery, so off I went to my local herb store. I bought a bottle and was surprised at the changes I could feel occurring. Many have written reviews in regards to clearing out their sinuses. I don't have any sinus problems so didn't notice anything happening there. Others have written reviews in regards to fibroids. Again, I haven't any uterus problems, so didn't notice anything there. I should note, despite being in my mid 50's, menopause hasn't happened for me. My period started the second day of taking this product. I only mention this because it was not slated to occur at this time. Now, to the leg. As mentioned earlier, I suspect DVT in my leg. Five years ago I had a heart attack resulting in two stents because of clogged arteries. I've been taking this product for 5 or 6 weeks now and feel a difference. It's a slow process, but there is considerably less pain in my leg. My feet no longer feel cold all the time. After 3 weeks of starting the Natto-Serra I was feeling, for about 2 weeks, a tingling in my leg, such as the tingle you get when a limb falls asleep. That has now gone away. My foot for the same time period felt like it had mild sunburn across the top. Shoes were a bit annoying to wear, and this too has passed. I also do not feel as sluggish as I used to. I definitely feel more energetic which I attribute to better circulation. My blood pressure is also beginning to fall back into a normal range. For me, my blood pressure can be anywhere from the 140 over 90 to the 200 over 110 range. Dangerous numbers here. Yesterday's reading was 123 over 78. Yay. I started the Natto-Serra at 1 pill 3 times daily. I didn't really feel results with this so I increased to 2 pills 3 times daily. That was too much, was getting light headed. Now I'm taking 2 pills upon waking and 2 at bedtime. This seems to work for me. Every week that I take the Natto-Serra, I feel a difference in my health. I had read one review in which the person stated he felt worse before he felt better. I kept this in mind when using the product, because like that reviewer, I too felt a bit worse before I started feeling better. I figured I had so much garbage in my veins, there isn't any way this is going to fix itself overnight. As one herbalist once put it, you didn't poison your body overnight, you won't fix it overnight. I am not on any medications such as plavix, blood thinners, blood pressure medicine, etc. I gave these up less than a year after my heart attack when my doctor kept piling on more prescriptions and shrugging her shoulders when I asked questions. So, I started an herbal regimen that for 4 years worked fine but somehow couldn't keep my leg clear of plaque. Anyway, I went from needing a break halfway from my vehicle to the door to the store, to now being able to make that walk and only feel mild to moderate discomfort. I figure at this rate I will be making that walk pain free in about a month or two. I hope this review helps any person giving this product consideration. I'll give an update in about a month.

I have fibroids and they have been under control for years and didn't bother me at all. for whatever reason they decided to grow mote this year and bother me in every single annoying way they can think of =( I had my period for 2 months straight! a nightmare. I am still trying to find natural solutions for this until a basically can't anymore and after a google research I read something about natto pills (eating the real thing just sounded to yucky) and serrapeptase. the reviews seems great, and honestly, it wouldn't cost me anything to try right? I was glad to find this supplement with both of them together, since I already take dim and vitex every day, the number o pills just keep piling up. both in one just meant a little less pills to swallow. I started taking 3 twice a day and in less than 2 weeks my period went back to normal. so I do recommend it. But... I did forget to buy it once, and I ended up skipping a week or so until the other one arrived, and yep!! my period got all wonky again! =( I guess ill have to keep taking it... Update - 03/2015 - I have to add something I forgot to say here. NO CRAMPS! Yep! I used to have maddening cramps. I couldn't even walk straight. They would mild one week before, crazy painful during my period, and mild for almost a week after. O.o that was almost my whole month! :( I could take any pain killer in the world and it wouldn't stop, just get a little better! Just a tiny bit! But since taking these I haven't had any cramps! AT ALL! It's been heaven! I just (re) started another supplement that also has serrapeptase, so I figured I would take just 2 pills of the natto/serrap instead of 3. And I had mild cramps this month! :( so I guess it's the Natto that helps with the pain!!! Back to 3 pills twice a day! Also... I have to say this. I've been buying it for a year now, and in the beginning the Prime delivery worked with this very well! I'd get it in 3 days the latest! Now.... It takes a week or so. They say prime delivery is guaranteed 2 days after the order has been shipped. I understand! But they take some time to ship it! I guess it's better to subscribe it...but I've been delaying it! Oh well!

I have a history of DVT and was placed on a progestin-only birth control pill in 2019. It was supposed to be effective while allowing me to avoid blot clots. Well, I don't know what happened but once I started taking them, I started to get very severe varicose veins in one leg only. I immediately went off the pill but the varicose veins seemed to get worse and since I workout a lot, the jumping, running, etc. seemed to make that leg feel horrific. I started taking these because of the reviews in reference to varicose veins. In about two weeks, my legs stopped hurting and the varicose veins are no longer visible. I can still feel some of them but I think it's a good first step that they aren't able to be seen anymore. I definitely plan to continue.

Dissolving a decades-old blood clot. Amazing product. Highly recommend. 7-29-21 Edit. To clarify, I had a blocked superficial vein in my right leg; blocked from the calf to the top of thigh. After 6 months of prescription blood thinners, it reduced about 1/2". Doctor took me off, said live with it. After research, I found an herbal product with similar ingredients that was 2x more $$ so I decided to go with this Natto-Serra. Now, 1 1/2 years later, after an ultrasound, the clot is only in the lower calf. I take 2 a day, in the AM, at least an hour before any food. No visible varicose veins; no more venal pain behind the knee. I've not taken a break between bottles as I've read in one review. I'll edit again after the next ultrasound, in March 2022.

About a year ago I started taking Natto-Serra as I was having some pretty bad chest pains and experiencing high blood pressure. At 48 years old I did not want to go on Blood Pressure meds. I test every day and my pressure was high. I changed my diet and still had pressure higher than normal. With it came headaches almost every morning. I would take 2-3 Aleve pills and go to work. After about an hour my head would feel better and all was good until the pills wore off. I was masking my high blood pressure. Also, the joints in my hands where my thumbs met my palms became very sore and sensitive to the touch. I also began to lose hand strength, (grip strength). I read about Natto-Serra and decided to give it a try. Within 3 weeks of taking these pills my chest pains began to subside. I noticed that and was surprised and relieved. My Blood Pressure was down to slightly above normal and I was feeling better and stopped needing to take Aleve in the morning. About 8 weeks after starting to take these pills my joint pain was going away. I felt less pain each day. Today I have no pain at all in my joints, my chest pain has been gone for almost a year and my blood pressure is perfect. I haven't lost any weight and my diet is mainly the same as it was last year. I take 4 Natto-Serra pills per day. 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. This stuff really worked for me. I will use it forever.

A few years ago all my joints all started aching. After research, I found out about this stuff called fibrin in the bloodstream (I already had arthritis in hands, knee's, neck). When we're young, it helps cushion and repair damaged joints, but after 30 years our bodies stop making enzymes to control fibrin, so it causes inflamation in our joints. It's absolutely brutal non stop pain in hands, knee's, etc. I could feel it was working after just a couple capsules! Now going on 6 months, I still get little twinges of pain , but nothing compred to how brutal it was! I have'nt taken glucosamin chondroiton/sulphate with evening primrose oil (helps glucosamjn/cs work in an hour, so you don't have to take it every day , just when U need it!) Since I started taking natto-serra! At first I tried nattokinase and serrapeptase separately, the highest doses but it was ripping my stomach apart, so I cut doses in half, and took in between meals 4-5 times a day, if I missed a dose, I was in pain, If I miss a dose now, after 6 months, it's down to little twinges of pain! This product is a lifesaver for someone who's hands are brutalized on a daily basis, not to mention these knee's that have survived 43 years of brutal construction abuse! And, it's cheaper than glucosamine c/s! Tried switching to Bio Schwartz turmeric/curcumin 1500 mg. w/bioperine, and in a couple months all inflamation/ pain GONE! Best I’ve felt in 10 years! I did have a reaction to the turmeric- my mouth has a “coating” (in front of mouth, gums, and I could not clear food out with my tongue! It took me awhile to figure it out, cuz I had sinus infection AND all of my wisdom teeth started cutting in again @ the same time so it took me a bit to figure out what was going on! SO, I’m back on Dr.’s best natto/ serra 3-4 caps a day.
