I’m quite satisfied with this non-stick pan so far. Although the 8-inch size is a bit small, it’s sufficient for preparing breakfast for two people. The pan feels well-made and solid, and the non-stick performance is very good. I can’t say yet how durable it will be in the long run, but for now, it’s a good pan.

This pan is anything but non-stick. The video of the item should be deleted! It does not work even close to what the video shows. I bought this to relace an 8 year old cuisenart pan that was starting lose its luster. (but woks 100% better than this rotten product) Cooked scrambled eggs the first time. Melted butter before cooking. Scrambled eggs all ways tend to stick to some degree but on my old pan i just wiped it out or and easy soap and water clean. I had to use a scratchless sponge pad quite aggressively by my surprise. Then in pinch cooked 2 bratwurst and even more aggressive cleaning. Started to have my doubts. This morning I melted even more butter before fixing 2 eggs sunny side up and had to use a spatula and literally scrape the eggs onto my plate. No longer sunny side up needless to say. Plus food particles really like to stick the octagonal edges on the so called non-stick surface. So I am returning this pan with 1 star. Would give a zero but that is not an available choice. DO NOT by this pan unless you enjoy a "super sticky hard to clean pan!"

For the price i paid it is very good product, i use it everyday in my kitchen and quality is amazing it is easy to clean not so heavy and my eggs turn out good every time without sticking in the pan

This is my new favorite egg skillet, works great. You can use metal tools without worrying about hurting it. Cleans up fast

This is a well made frying pan. Very strong and substantial on the burner. The self stick is questionable. Under very low heat but if you use medium or high it sticks like any other stainless steel surfaced pan. I find the Swiss quartz finishes to be much better for non stick.
