Skeptical at first that these pretty little hammers would help relieve the tension and knots in my neck and on my shoulder blades, and also the pain my lower back pain. Wow. I'm amazed at how great I feel after using these to tap/hammer away the stresses of my day. I like that they are light and that you can use them anywhere on your body. They may nicely and I hope they last forever.

Bought this for body tapping and moving fluid out of my tissues throughout my body especially with hard to reach places like the back. It has made a great difference in any type of swelling. These are firm but not super hard. Would buy again and highly recommend

Strong chemical odor.

I have been in extreme pain for over 2 years, and when it reaches an impossible level nothing helps. Until now. I use these to gently tap over any areas that are affected, then gently rub them over the area to "erase the pain". At first, the results did not last long and I would continue to repeat the process. But the fact I could get any relief is mountainous and I do feel that the results are accumulative to a point. I also use them more aggressively in areas that can handle it. These are for anyone, with or without a partner, they help you reach areas that are hard to reach, and the slight aroma is very pleasant.
