Great value for what I need.

I picked this one because it was the cheapest. Because you know living on a budget sucks and it is what it is. But I have to admit after after 2 weeks my right knee started hurting less and my back feels better so yes it is a very good product

Also these are easier to swallow than the large hard “horse pills” I kept buying before. These are capsules. I am amazed that they work. Could never keep taking the large pills long enough to tell if they worked. I have way less pain and my knees don’t sound and feel as boney (hard to describe but I can tell I’m low on cartilage in my knee when I move it, if you have experienced this feeling/sound like me you will know what I’m talking about!). So that phenomena has lessened. And I’m three weeks into taking these so I’m sold.

The vitamins are likely exactly what they are meant to be. However, my delivery appeared to have had a capsule or two crack open or leak into the bottle. This leaves the other capsules covered in a dusty residue. I may try another brand.
