I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand. Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them. I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

I am doing a keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting only 20 carbs a day and I break my fast at noon but I drink this at 11:00 right after my fasted exercise and I have lost a total of 123 lb. 54 of it since I started taking this in June 2022 This is not a cure all if you are not living keto lifestyle. But I will say it completely curbs my cravings( especially around that time of the month when I need something sweet) and some times after drinking it I don't even really feel hungry enough to break my fast. It gives me all kinds of energy. And it has been consistent with flavor everytime I but it. I use less than a full scoop in a bottle of water because I think one scoop is too sweet. I will say shake it up every once in awhile cause it gets salty at the bottom. I have used much more expensive ketones but I prefer these. I am so thankful these go on sale often also. I've only tried this flavor and I think I'll stick with it. So glad I found these but don't waste your time if you're not following a ketogenic lifestyle. Hope this helps

Mixes easily and tastes great. Docked 1 star for the condition of the product upon receipt. It almost appears that moisture got into the container as it was solidified and I had to break it up to scoop any out. Not a deal breaker but kinda makes me question the age of the product or even the manufacturing practices used.

This is a great product for a dupe of the very expensive brand, but this came hard as a rock and not sure if the ingredients were compromised. So sad, I’ve bought this product twice over the past 3 years and loved the taste and the benefits it offered. Amazon due to not being eligible for a return, I lost 45 dollars .

Taste is good. Product arrived and powder was packed tight like concrete. Moisture maybe? Have to scrape with knife to use.

Sports Research Keto Plus Exogenous Ketones has saved me money compared to some other leading ketone replacement drinks. The fruit punch is a great flavor, only 20 calories, and mixed up easily. I switched to this from the Pruvit packets due to cost and noticed no difference in results. I prefer to use a water bottle, so it’s a bit of a process to get the product into the bottle, I use a sheet of paper folded in half to direct powder through the bottle neck. Lastly, my experience is that all the added ketone products can act as a quick laxative. You have to gradually work up to daily amounts. And some days if you eat something wrong, or not at all, the ketones will be like taking a fast acting laxative. Key is, this does what it’s supposed to do, at a more economical price than the leading products. Pro’s: Great taste, easy mix, saves money Cons: challenge for water bottle use

I’ve done keto a few times and have always had great success. This time I decided to add this supplement to my regimen and it really boosted my success so far. I don’t test my ketone levels via strips or anything, but I’m definitely burning fat more rapidly than before. Keto without this supplement yielded and initial 3-4lb loss, followed by 1-2lbs of weight loss per week. My first week incorporating this I lost FIVE pounds. I know in the beginning stages of keto I typically experience a larger loss followed by a steady small increment, so it will be interesting to see if I lose more than 1-2lbs per week. Also, this tastes not so great, but it’s bearable enough to get down. I put a scoop in my water bottle and try to drink it as quickly as possible (Though I do make wild faces when drinking it) I feel the benefits outweigh the strange flavor. This is a definite boost of energy as well. I feel like it’s pretty equivalent to a cup of coffee. I like it as an afternoon pick me up. I would also like to warn people that it’s pretty strong, so if you’re not already in ketosis, you’re probably going to get keto flu after a couple of days using this. It passes, but it shoves you into ketosis VERY fast and that doesn’t feel great. Overall, this product is fantastic because of how well it works. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to boost their keto results. Especially to those who are having some troubles reaching ketosis or maintaining it.

If you're getting keto flu symptoms - the headache, body aches, low blood sugar feeling, nausea, etc. This will take you right out of that and put you into sweet, sweet ketosis. For context: I went from eating a lot of carbs for over a year to going straight to zero carbs and it was *rough*. Yes, there are smarter ways but I am not a smart man. Thankfully, I knew this ahead of time and bought these exogenous ketone. So when my body started feeling like it had gotten hit by several busses, I just took half a scoop of this into some water and almost instantly felt better. Don't forget to supplement with potassium, magnesium, and sodium too if you're doing keto and you get symptoms! This isn't a replacement for that, though it does contain some useful electrolytes! Honestly I found it delicious. I really enjoyed drinking it. I kept hearing how exogenous ketones taste bad. I didn't experience that at all. I stayed disciplined though and only drank what I needed. I use these ketones as a tool, definitely not a hack to short-cut into ketosis if you're eating a bunch of carbs. That's not how metabolism works. Anyway, this was a wonderful experience and something I will ABSOLUTELY always have on hand any time I'm going through a keto cycle. 10/10 would recommend.
