This is an imressive, very well built, scooter. It is large and fast. Don't expect to ride it around the grocery. I'm 6' 2" and it fits my frame very well. I don't dwarf it like some other scooters I'ev had. It is competent over rough terain, and the suspension works great. This is important in a town with rugged and/or non-existent sidewalks.My only complaint was that the acceleration was slow enough to be concerning as I crossed the busy streets and highways in my small town. To remedy this, I was put into contact with Andre' Pollard and we ordered the "Robust Controller". Once I got that installed correctly, the machine now accelerates quickly enough to get me out of the way with alacrity.The batterys provide long duration power and haul my heft around with ease. It indicates 15 MPH and it gets there quickly. I wish there was a lithium battery option!The price is very reasonable for a rig this luxurious. I have paid more for less. It is quite comfortable. I have gotten many admiring compliments from those I meet around town.It arrived mostly assembled on a sturdy steel pallet. All I had to do was install the mirrors, which are also quite sylish, check the tire pressures and charge the batteries.Customer Service has been astounding! Thank you, Andre'!I hope to have years of fun with this machine!

Purchased May 2024. Delivery was fine; comes in a steel framed crate. Am handicapped so had two people unpack and set up. Some of the setup directions could have been a little clearer. Seat was loose but it was a matter of tightening a few bolts. Was looking for better instructions; and sent something to the company via Amazon and Andre Pollard was a tremendous help. He also gave me instructions how to disconnect the annoying beep when you put it in reverse; so now my neighbors don't think I'm driving a FedEx delivery truck. Solid product, construction and performance - suspension/lights and a good luck. Receive many compliments driving around from people. It has breaks, but reducing the throttle does the trick and I rarely use them. If you're handicapped, it's a much more formidable and attractive vehicle then looking feeble on one of the small 4 MPH scooters(which I have one as well). Overall I generally am skeptical of new products that have relatively few reviews. In this case, am glad I took the chance. It's made getting around so much more pleasant and enjoyable. A++ review.

I ordered this scooter for my elderly neighbor so he could still be very active in the neighborhood. He excitedly opened the box when it arrived and he drove up and down the street all day long. He is able to put his dog on the scooter with him or she can walk beside him for exercise. A big win to give a man some additional mobility while still having something that looks stylish and is fun to drive.Scooter is delivered on a metal frame so it is very well protected from any kind of damage. Scooter is assembled with the exception of having to install the rear view mirrors which was simply screwing them on. The scooter is heavy so I had to ask another neighbor to help me roll it off the metal frame. It’s not something I could do on my own.Overall, it’s a nice scooter. I think it will get a lot of use and is more stylish than the scooters used at grocery stores or nursing homes.

Shipping was very secure and scoter was easy to remove and set up. I have had scoter for over 9 months and have no issues. Great quality with good battery life. Also great value for all the features. Lots of positive feedback from friends and neighbors.

Just unboxed; can’t get seat to open; does it have to charge for a long period before the key will work to release seat

I love this scooter! It bounces over grass, gravel and is fun on bike trails. I can ride a bike with 2 surgeries to my leg only a few months old, this scooter gave me back my FUN! Its big and heavy but my 85 lb Lab can't tip it over when I walk him and my bully pup is going to learn to sit on the seat with me.

After I discovered the instruction manual I got everything working great! I got one 80 year old man grinning from ear to ear. It's amazingly fast. So worth the wait and effort. It is now 2 months later and we still love this scooter. It is large enough to have to go in the garage. To big to come into the house.
