ClearZal BAC - Antimicrobial Nail Solution

This product has transformed my husbands thumb nails. He had been to hospital as the GP's were stumped with his badly flaking nails. They were tested for various things but with no diagnosis. Even had a painful biopsy to remove the nail from the root bed to test further. 15 consultants later none the wiser. Hubby saw this on the net and decided to give it a try as he'd tried everything else and .....it worked!!!! We were in shock. He had been using it for about 5 months before noticing a difference and then within a year his nails were back to being smooth and nail like!! After using it for a couple of years, he decided that he was 'fixed' and stopped using it. Within 3 months he started to notice ridges forming again so hence why another bottle has now been purchased and the nails are becoming smooth again. May not work for everyone, but for the price it's worth a go. You only need a little bit on the nail and it lasts for ages and ages, but you must use it every morning and every night for it to be a success! Good luck

I've tried Curanail and Excilor but neither touched the infection on both big toenails. I've only been using this for about a month and so it's probably too early to say, but I'm hopeful! There was a slight tingling the first time I used it on hte skin around the nail but I was nervous that it could cause the unpleasant side effects as reported by other users so I only used it on a small portion of one nail for a couple of days, just in case. I use the glass file to debride the nail a couple of times a week before cleaning the affected nails then massage the gel in with my finger. The overall appearance of the infection does seem to have calmed down. The big bonus is that I will be able to paint my toenails (when the weather warms up)and continue with the treatment, something you cannot do with the other 2 treatments. No more ugly feet in summer!!!

My infection was really bad on both big toes and a couple of other toes. I was really bothered that if I couldn't control and cure it Iay lose my nails and gone would be the days of nice shoes and sparkly flip flops. I have used this religiously twice a day now for around four months and I have nothing left only left toe and about an eighth of an inch to grow out on my right . Both nails are hethy in the new growth and there is no infection left on any other toes. This is fabulous stuff but complacency cannot creep in. It must be used twice a day every day. However it does what it says on the tin and I am going to have my toe nails manicured in November for my trip to Goa. The first time in many years I will not have been so embarrassed about my nails that the only option available to me was a quick self paint of the nails with a dark polish in order to cover up the mess my nails were!

I haven't been using this for very long so I'm not sure if it actually works or not. Beware about contact with the skin; I have a rash around the skin of the affected nails which is very painful and itchy. As the rash isn't clearing up even though I'm careful not to get it onto my skin any more I will have to discontinue using the product.

Good, but a little aggressive, eventually removing the toenail but after allowing it to grow back the fungal infection was still there... maybe I should have persevered gor longer.

I am now onto the 2nd bottle of Clearzal, and it is maaking a huge difference to my nail infection! I have been using it now for around 2 months and already I can see the new nail growing in and it appears to be infection free! I had also been prescribed various medicines from my GP and none of them have been as effective as this! I would also recommend going to see a chiropodist as they will tidy up your toes and get rid of as much of the infected nail as possible which definitely helps the treatment process. It is essential to use this religiously morning and night or it will not work properly, other tips include not wearing the same shoes 3 days in a row and try to not wear socks as much as possible! Many people complain that treatment doesnt work but then they are not wholly committed to it and dont do it properly! I recently purchased the Clearzal foot cleanser and both of these items together are fabulous!
