Didn't work on Xmas morning, then replacement broken and missing wheel!

This was such a disappointment on Xmas! It didn't work. I even ordered new batteries before returning. The replacement that was sent was a obvious return, the box had been torn open and re-shut with Amazon tape, inside the parts were loose and one large wheel was missing, not surprisingly it was broken, didn't even have sound. Just an awful experience for the both of us.
