I tore my ligaments in my ankle while playing football and my ankle has been prone to turn very easily since,, And then I found this strap. The strap is not too bulky but is strong and holds the ankle , there is side bones in the support that hold your ankle in place and the material is like wet suit so it fairly sturdy.. thanks to this brace I’m playing again

Good fit and support at a good price.

I thought it was good at first but then my ankle and foot swelled up I must say not the fault of the support that is why I thought a support would help then I had to cut it off as I couldn’t move the strap so afraid I can’t recommend it and can’t send it back as it’s damaged. I will add that in fairness I didn’t contact the seller as I didn’t think it was their fault just a design flaw if you damage your ankle it is going to swell.

It really helped me when I had Achilles tendons .Its comfy to walk with all day ease to put on .

This did help my badly sprained ankle but I think it would have been more beneficial had I bought it earlier as it is at a stage where it needs to be more flexible. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend depending on whether or not it is a recent injury.
