Love these! Really comfortable cushioning, height versatility, no one can tell you have them in your shoes, well worth the price, it helps relieve my hip pain by having my shoes turned into a Good Heel to toe Drop.

Works well for what it was made for. The only thing is it could be a little wider to fit in the shoe. I'm a size 13 but I can get by with it

Well-made quality - durable. My second time ordering these but only replacing due to smell- haven’t determined how to get the odor out. Great value. Comfortable but heel depth of shoe may prevent use is some styles.

I will not purchase another one.

It works really well

I’m 6’1” and my daughter is 5’4”. Her boyfriend is 6’4” so I got these for her boots. With these lifts she is almost 5’7”. She still has to stand on her tip toes to kiss her boyfriend but these risers definitely helped and she has a more positive outlook just by increasing her height by 2.75”. I say whatever makes you feel better about yourself, go for it. I put them in my boots just to see what they felt like and increased my height to about 6’4”, the same height as her boyfriend. I can kind of understand how it makes her feel now. The lifts function well, making me almost 6’4” and they fit comfortably. They are built tough and expect she will get a lot of use from them. The only problem for me was I could only use them with my lace up boots. My pull on boots were too uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time because they would hurt the top of my feet. A persons height has never been something I really noticed about a person but I’d you are on the shorter side I guess I could see where that might bother some people. My granddad said something to me that stuck with me all my life. He was about 5’9” and he told me, “Son, you can never measure a man’s stature in feet and inches”. Maybe that’s why I look at a man’s character rather than his physical height.

I had been looking at this product online because I wanted a bit of lift. I just find it easier to walk when there is a bit of height under my heel...I expect this is because I walk so "heavy" on my feet, which means my heels always take a pounding in flat shoes.Not only did this product give me the amount of height I was looking for, but these inserts are also surprisingly cushiony!I like to wear thin-soled, Keds-style tennis shoes with my casual dresses, shorts, etc., but they make my feet hurt. I put these insoles into my tennis shoes (as you can see in the photo) and they offered me the cushioning and lift I wanted without showing above the tops of the shoes.I tried putting these insoles into my knee-high boots, but was only able to insert the lowest heel height of the insole into the boot. I had been hoping that, because the boot covers the entire heel/ankle/calf area I'd be able to layer on some of the additional height wedges that are included. However, because of the boot's design (very tight over the foot) the boot could not then accommodate the much-higher inserts. Thus, when I use these insoles with my boots I'll just use them at the lowest lift height. I'm fine with that because I still get a little lift and the comfort is awesome.If you are looking to add significant height by using the insert with the included add-on height wedges, then I suggest you confirm that the shoe you are looking to improve has some "wiggle room" around the arch of the foot. If it's a very sleek-fitting shoe, you may only be able to use the main insert.This is a great, customizable design, and a solid product.

It does depend on the shape of your feet and how big your shoes are in relation to your feet, how much more height you could add. So it's great that there are so many options.
