This book is an absolute treasure trove of information and suggested remedies for all sorts of female conditions. All beautifully and clearly set out (I'm a relative newcomer to herbal medicine). I own literally dozens of books about health and this one is definitely in my Top Ten titles.

A beautiful book that is easy to read and understand. I love growing Herbs and found the information really helpful as to using your herbs both medically and as teas etc.

I bought this book hoping there would be something to help me with my debillitating menstrual brain fog and there was nothing at all listed under brain fog. The recipies for all the teas and tinctures have around 5 ingredients, making them too expensive for the average reader. I dont think budget was even considered which is a huge shame. Total waste of my time and money to be honest.

Love this book! Great detail! Couldn't be more happier! Goes through all the stages of a females life, and tinctures and herbs to help along the process. I am dealing with infertility so I'm hopeful for some of the herbs to come in handy!

I would especially recommend it to anyone suffering from any hormone-related health problems, including PCOS and endometriosis.
