I haven't experienced an aftertaste with this sweetener, so I'm satisfied with that.

I find this to be sweeter than Monk Fruit and the taste is right on target. I have only used it on oatmeal and have not cooked with it, but I will purchase it again.

I wished the stevia taste didnt come through, I still use it because the alternative, which really tastes like sugar has erythritol which there is question if it not good for you. out of the ones I have tried this one is the better tasting so far. who knows maybe one day they will improve on the stevia they use

Great for sweetening coffee. Tastes pretty much like sugar, sweet without any stevia or other aftertastes. It feels a little softer than the regular sugar I use, but dissolves easily. One of the best sugar substitutes I've ever used!The packaging is sealed airtight, so I had to allow for the sugar to fall down after I cut off the top and opened the package. The resealable track is really difficult to close, was a little easier after I dug a bit of sugar out of the track with my fingernail.

It's supposed to be a blend, which often does a good job of hiding the stavia aftertaste, but in this case it really doesn't, or not enough for my tastes.At an MSRP of $9.90 (at time of review) it's a good value for how much you get, so long as you don't mind the stevia taste/aftertaste.
