The green coffee drink is a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants. It also could support weight loss, but it does not replace a healthy diet and exercises. It is not matcha.Matcha is in a powder form.Those are green coffee granules,ground green coffee.

How do you prepare it pls?

I use it together with yerba mate (flavoured or plain) for my low blood pressure. And it tastes much more better than only prepared on its own. In the morning I put into pot (mine is 800 ml) about 2-3 tablespoons of yerba mate and 2 teaspoons (notice, that it is less than mate) of green coffee. Than I pour hot water (not just boiled - I wait about 5 minutes after it boiled). Sometimes I also squeeze a little bit of lemon into it. I use sieve to pour it into my cups. I do not leave it in the pot for too long - I manage to drink everything before it gets cold. I had long term troubles with low blood pressure and nothing helped. Black coffee only irritated my stomach, helped for 1 hour and then i felt more exhausted than before and despite it I could not sleep properly during night. Above described drink I have every morning for about 1 year long already and it is such an uplifting way to wake me up and keep me going for the rest of the day without any irritation! I think you do not need to feel worry if you are quite opposite - with high pressure - because I think that the way how it works is very gentle. Try and find out!
