The garden kneeler arrived today, I'm very pleased with it, very sturdy, easy to unfold, comfortable, good quality and value for money.

Great little helper, especially given my spinal disability. It is not only comfortable but, more importantly, (given that I am 6'5" and 18 stone, but completely numb from the waist down) exceedingly robust. Given that I need to push my entire body weight through my arms and side bars of the kneeler in order to stand up, The 3 inferior (although 2 cost considerably more than this one) predecessors, all purchased through Amazon with 1 actually proudly having the 'Amazon choice' tag, all snapped when used to support me to stand up. This one however, id as tough as old boots, so another ⭐️ from me! Cryptically I said 'eventually', because Hermes/Evri's agent have clearly mis-delivered the original, which is a sadly frequent occasion here in Poole, as attested to by the number of poor reviews they have from locally based customers. Indeed I myself was one of them, eventually opting not to choose them when posting out sales from my then antiques and jewellery business as Hermes/Evri, more times than not, cost me a lot of frustrated clients, poor review and, on several occasions, loss ofvr3venue as their claims focus us a very convoluted and difficult 'nut to crack'. This time the driver apparently dumped it outside a random external door somewhere (& despite 3 of us; my carer, a friend and I dividing the road between us, nosing around and asking every neighbour if the image in the 'proof of dumping in a not very safe space' was their door. This 'safe space' option is, for me, a pointless option anyway, as my disability means I am home 99 times out of a 100, but the bell did not ring, the door received no knocks, the only person to come to my door was a lady mailshotting, and my external security cameras back that up, unless a fox or 3 magpies had away with it as these were the only other living things caught in 12 hours on the cameras on that date, including zero vehicles coming past, turning or stopping outside (my house being at the dead end of a cul-de-sac) other than my immediate next door neighbour twice for the school run. This was by no means the seller's "fault" and I must positively recognise their perfect customer service response to my 'confused of Poole' question to them as to why Amazon said it had been delivered, along with the infamous 'proof of' photo There online agent was both courteous, thorough and efficient, and I am happily looking at the replacement they got out to me in a flash as I type this. Apart from my obvious haapiness to review the stool and the vompany with 5 stars across every category, I would suggest, generally, that you ask future sellers if they have alternate couriers they can use.

Once, I faced the soil on creaking knees and a rebellious back, each weeding session a battle against my own joints. Compact when stored, steadfast in use, and priced as though mercy itself were on sale - it quickly became my closest ally in the garden. The foam spares my knees, the handles lift me like loyal squires, and together we conquer weeds, one glorious pull at a time. I thank this kneeler. My knees thank this kneeler. Even my back whispers gratitude. Long may it grow.

I love this item! I have recently started a little garden (over the lockdowns), and I don’t have much storage space for my tools, etc., living in a flat with no garage or shed. I also have a rubbish back, so getting up and down for tending to my little garden can be tricky sometimes. Well - this item helps solve both problems! It’s comfortable, sturdy, and easy to store. I used it twice over the last couple of weeks, and found it a great addition to my kit. The only thing I would say is, that if you struggle with arthritis or anything in your hands, the folding mechanism is quite ‘tight’. So, you have to press in two little pins to fold the legs in, and it is stiff. It might be just because it’s new, and a bit of WD40 would sort it - so don’t let that put you off too much. It really is a great item. I’m very happy - and a real good value too!

Given this item is predominantly for use in the garden however I ordered it for my husband when we started lighting our wood burner and my husband has difficulty with his knees and had nothing to hold onto when getting up but this garden kneeler not only helps him down onto his knees but also makes it safe holding onto the handles when getting up - safe and brilliant. So I would say this kneeler is multi-functional in home and garden. Would recommend.

Should have bought one of these years ago but, lately, finding it harder to get up from weeding the garden, urged me on to buy one and chose Crystal's kneeler. Oh, how much easier the side bars assist in rising from a kneeling position. Very comfortable mat on which to kneel and reverse to sit on to deal with pots. A very handy detachable tool holder sits on a side bar. The kneeler is extremely easy to erect and fold the legs down to neatly store away. Of robust construction alongside great value. Highly recommended!
