love these! well my husband does. he prefers a simpler wallet, and has been using these for quite a few years. now am getting it for my adult son. really nice look and functionality. they last about couple years which I think is fair for an every single day overused item

I read many review about this wallet before I pulled the trigger and ordered one for myself. There is a mixture of people saying that they had problems with the magnet demagnetizing the cards in their wallet and many that said they had the wallet for a long time and never had any issues. This concerned me but I thought since I knew to be mindful and super careful it shouldn't cause a problem.I absolutely loved the wallet. It was very well made, looked fantastic, small, compact and held everything I needed. I loved the feel and quality of the leather. I knew this wallet would wear like a nice old pair of leather shoes or a jacket over time. I very much looked forward to many years of use. However, that all came to an end when one day my debit card didn't work in the grocery store during checkout.I'm a simple guy with only a debit card, no credit cards. Fortunately I had just enough cash to pay for my groceries so I didn't have to leave the store empty handed. I left the store a little blushed and not happy about my card. Getting a new card was a pain. It took 5 to 7 business days for a replacement card and I had to use cash until the new one arrived. I have a few bills set up to automatically hit my debit card. Once I activated the new card (which had same card number but different expiration date and security code on the back) I had to figure out what bills and apps had my old card information and change each one separately to the new card. What a pain!I don't know exactly when it happened but I know it happened and I know I don't want to go through that again. I ordered a new wallet without a magnet as soon as I got home from that grocery store fiasco.
