I got a new pair of steel toe shoes for work that hurt my foot. I'm not sure what happened but the pain in the side of my right foot was EXCRUCIATING. I read that icing it could help, but I had trouble keeping an ice pack on the area. I found these and they have saved my life. They cover your entire foot, so you get relief in all areas. They are a tad too big on me, I wear 8.5 womens, so I don't really walk in them unless I have to. They come with a resealable bag to store in the freezer so you don't have to worry about contaminating your freezer. I have a dog that sheds, so I was grateful for a storage bag since I knew I would get some fur on these lol. They last about 30 minutes tops before they get warm then they have to get refrozen. These have helped me tremendously to treat my foot pain.

These are ice packs formed into the shape of slipper. Both feet are the same- no difference. Work well to reduce inflammation.

I have been looking for something for my feet, that I could walk in to be level and move around. So I could walk straight in them! It was a little big for my foot but made my foot feel much better! Hopefully smaller sizes can be made like size 7. Thank You NEWGO!

Very good design and material , fits well before freezing but turns stiff after, also both are left footed, it would be easier fitting if available in left and right .

But I just took them of for a few minutes to let the bottoms of my feet warm up and then put them back on.Overall, these are a great item. I recommend.
