Very useful product for trekking or riding a motorcycle in cold weather

Must use item for outdoor activities in freezing conditions
It has been extreme useful while I was taking pictures of Northern Lights at -5deg.C by exposing fingers time to time and them warming my fingers inside hand gloves by using this product. It also helped in keeping my foot warm which was otherwise very cold due as I was standing on ice at night for hours for taking Northern Lights pictures.

Not worth the price
The shoe pack was of very poor quality . It kept tearing off . Also since it can’t stick to the body , it wouldn’t serve th purpose of heart getting distributed . Also on placing it jeans pocket , it wouldn’t work effectively
