If you looking for a simple phone with no bells and whistles. This is it like back to basics. I purchase this phone only for back up just in case. I use my other smartphone as my daily driver for texting, emailing and social media. But sometimes it's feels good to make phone calls with a simple phone. I use this phone mainly to make calls, great for senior because the buttons are large enough to see and loud ring tone. It is compatible with Mint mobile. Highly recommend.

This stupid phone is now asking for a puk number and won’t work. I don’t know what that is. We didn’t set up any password and now my daughter can’t use this phone. I’m very mad.

If you are looking for a simple, very simple flip cell phone, the Artfone 4G LTE isn't a bad choice. It would be great for an older person, it will tell you what number that has been entered, large numbers. But it can be used by anyone, at any age. I wanted it because of its simple design. I really appreciate the folding design. I feel safe carrying it in rough environments, where I'd be afraid my expensive smartphone could be damaged. Both the earpiece and ringer are loud enough to be heard in a somewhat, loud environment.

**Edit** Seller contacted me and offered full refund. I feel like this is great customer service given that the return window with Amazon had expired. I would try their products in the future and keep in mind that it's an inexpensive phone. This thing stopped powering on right after the return window closed. Do not recommend. Do not buy

It is absolutely junk. It keeps turning itself off. Keeps switching to military time arbitrarily. It doesn’t ring when a call comes in (arbitrarily). Just doesn’t work. Cannot get instructions to fix problems. Tried to make changes that appeared to work for a few days or week. But we finally know that it will never work properly. Lesson learned. Never buy this product again

I got this phone for our kids because I read that it didn't have Internet access and I wanted them simply to be able to call/text. Well, it does have Internet. So that's frustrating. Also, it doesn't even do basic T9 for texting--it has a really convoluted way to text the letters. Disappointed.

Decent phone for seniors, loud and large buttons, but has had a lot of issues with charging and battery quality. Had to return the first and the replacement died a month and a half later, missing out on the return window. Go with Nokia or another more reputable brand.

Es muy fácil de usar para una persona de 86 años que es para quien lo quería ya que no tienes ni que abrir la tapa para descolgar o colgar. El reloj se puede poner en 24h o en 12 AM o PM que también es un punto a favor. Sólo tiene 3 tipos de sonido de llamada pero el volumen es bastante alto. Hay que tener en cuenta que no lleva el accesorio para enchufar, le hemos aprovechado uno que teníamos. El tema de la batería imagino que al ser nuevo durará bastante, aunque no lo he podido observar pues no tengo un acceso seguido. Espero que tenga bastante duración por su precio. El anterior me costó más barato pero le duró 1 año por el cable de carga, cuando ella no lo manipula y siempre lo carga en el mismo lugar.Lleva también otras prestaciones pero no se les va a dar uso, hecho de menos el bluetooth.En principio muy contenta con la compra. Cómo siempre buen servicio de Amazon.

el teléfono es para mi padre y le ha gustado mucho. Tiene un aspecto moderno, la pantalla delantera facilita que vea enseguida quien le llama, no es necesario abrilro para descolgar una llamada con la tecla delantera. Tiene los nñumeros grandes y es cómodo. Le he quitado una estrella porque el manual que viene dentro es ridículo, no explica nada y para configurarlo hay que saber por donde ir. Esto se soluciona poniendo en internet manual artfone C10 y listo. Pensad que por defecto viene una voz que indica cada número que marcas y si no la quieres, tienes que poder quitarla, al igual que el sonido cada vez que abres y cierras. Es un buen móvil, bonito y de diseño , pero tendréis que ayudar a vuestros mayores a ponerlo a su gusto, Tiene 11 teclas para marcación rápida (para mi padre es muy importante) y la tecla SOS puede configurarse o no

Pues eso.. fácil, sencillo... Y para cualquier público. Es un poco flojillo, de plástico. No aguantará un golpe seguramente, pero para mi abuela que seguro que lo cuida, es ideal.
