If they don't go 2 sizes larger than you want, then they won't fit. I wear an XL, ordered 2XL...I wish they were 3 or 4

Tried these on briefly last night when I received them. I think I have found my new "go to" panties! Wonderful feel and just enough room up front for my caged bits and pieces.

As with other men’s underwear or pouch briefs etc., I expect the accommodation to begin just behind the sack giving room for all the bits. These miss the mark. I wear 34-36, and the large was comfortable. However, I have this gathering of material between my legs, which I guess is supposed to be part of the pouch? The material is nice and soft and the stitching looks good, just needs more RND. Have to see how they hold up in the wash.

Usually a great product but on this occasion two items are much bigger than the other two even though both marked XL .I could not contact the supplier to discuss this . Beware.
