Great, does the job! Felt the difference. I didnt know this was linked to increasing fertility and boy did it prove to be very good at that- 1month later I was pregnant and 9 months later a beautiful baby boy was born- do not take unless you want a baby or are taking other extra precautions to not become pregnant! Lol. Easy to swallow and great absorption with no taste from what I remember

This is my first purchase of Folacin (Folic Acid) Tablets and so it is a little early to asses them for their effect. However I purchase other items from Solgar and have done for many years I trust them for their for effectivness and quality of product.
