My daughter loved this gift, BUT....there were no directions for projects and because the shuttle is a needle, you have to tie off each piece to keep going and it's a super pain. The end result is not as neat and clean as it should be. I love that it's made of wood not plastic, but design needs work. I'd give it a 7/10.

Our elderly mom has taken up weaving. The loom she has is super big and perfect for weaving at home. We bought this loom for her to take with her in her room or even in the car. She loves it. Great quality and great price!

My daughter loved this for Christmas. It had kept her busy and she loves it!

All the wood pieces were rough and had lots of splinters so I had to sand them so they wouldn't snag my materials and leave splinters in my fingers. I chose this set because it came with a shuttle but I wish it had come with some plastic needles of different sizes as well. The yarn is all poly/acrylic but it is a nice selection. This is about what I would expect from a kit at this price point. I do not see the point of the wood needle though; the eye really snags the yarn and makes the yarn progressively frayed as you work. Large plastic or metal needles work much better and are more versitle.

Comes with everything you need to start weaving things as big as small tea towels or a trivet. Super cute gift to give to a yarn lover.

Wooden comb is broken

There are no instructions in the box, so not sure whether I will cast on properly or even be able to cast off. It looks well made though.
