These do seem to help me fall asleep.They smell terrible.

I've used melatonin several times when I was having trouble sleeping. For the most part I used it when I was traveling and needed to get over jet lag but I have used it when I was at home and it's always worked.This Full Eight melatonin is an effective product and does help me sleep. A big plus with this product is some of the other active ingredients such as vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium.In addition, Full Eight melatonin containa a lot of other things such as 5HTP, ashwaganda, L-Triptophan, GABA, L-THEANIN and a bunch of other things in the "Sleep proprietary formula". I've heard of some of them, but never heard of others. I would have a lot more confidence in this product if they explained what each of the ingredients do. Melatonin by itself (without the extra ingredients) works well for me so why do I need the extras? I'm sure that they're there for a reason but I would be happier if they would educate consumers about what each of these things do.

I tried these for a little bit but couldn't tell if they helped me or not.I have major sleep issues and stopped taking them after a bit. I plan on trying them again, to really know if they helped before and will actually help or not. Some nights I felt like they could have helped, others not at all.Will try for a longer period and update!

The amount of Melatonin in the recommended dosage (2 capsules) is on the high side. I have found that on most nights, one capsule is sufficient, but there are those nights when a lot is going on and my mind is racing and the full 2 capsule dosage is needed.I like the ingredients, the focus is on melatonin, with a few other ingredients that give it that plus. Capsules are a bit large, but I have no problem swallowing them. I noticed no strange taste or smell, like I do wiht some supplements.Most nights, one capsule is enough for me, but I like the option of taking two on those nights when sleep won't come.

These don’t work as well as if I took 10 mg of melatonin without any of the additional supplements. Not happy with this product at all. I will NOT buy again.
