Great tv. Lovely clear picture, great size, worth every penny. Sound seems quieter to my old tv but that’s ok, colour is sharp. Easily instilled into the wall. Delivery was excellent. Guys couldn’t have been anymore helpful.

Screen faulty and wouldn’t work! Spoke firstly to Toshiba helpline within hours of receiving the TV and the kind gentleman had me do a test which confirmed despite me getting power to the standby light and it working with the remote - there was no power getting to the screen and he confirmed it was not repairable so to return it to Amazon. I contacted Amazon by phone, explained the situation and at my request, they issued me an exact replacement (as I kept my fingers xd I wouldn’t be that unlucky to get 2 faulty TVs). I also had to arrange the faulty TV to be collected, an option not automatically given, as it was huge and impractical for me to take to a post office or drop-off point. ————- UPDATE SUMMARY 2nd TV works perfectly. Pleased with sound, colour etc. Initial delivery, pick up of return and delivery of replacement TV all within 3 days which, for me, was adequate as I had borrowed a friends smaller TV as soon as my original set died.

Great picture and sound quality and easy to set up. I'm very pleased with it so far . it doesn't appear to be heavy on energy usage Base feels secure ,is quite heavy and looks OK. There are 2 sets of 4 screws to connect the base They are not the same but there is no info on which goes where ...so hoping i guessed correctly! The AC connection is difficult to find and fit, easier done whilst fitting base and TV is horizontal .....one review said it kept falling out which isn't surprising, its tricky There is supposed to be an off switch but I have found it yet ( no not a telly addict) I managed the installation and set up alone ,I'm 76 and had last TV 20 years so not an expert at this at all

Got the 65 inch model. I have to say its far exceeded my expectations for the price Point. Set up was nice and easy the tv practically sets its self up . I managed to assemble the tv base all on my own by laying the tv flat on pillows and cushions and then attaching the base and lifitng the tv onto the stand by myself. Its preferable to use at least 2 people for this but you can do it on your own. All in all happy with this , probably one of the best 65 inch tvs you can get for this price point
