Great chair for teen gamers!
My teenage gamer son loooooves this chair! Definitely recommend. It is sturdy, was easy to assemble, affordable, and he says it’s super comfortable.

Hubby loves it
He isn't exactly big n wide but he loves the extra space and the ability to recline, he feels very secure in it. In his words "Now I can game extra hard" hahaha. He says it gives great lumbar support and he likes the head rest as well. Glad we made this purchase, seems sturdy and of decent quality, priced well too. Assembly took about 15 minutes, the instructions were clear and it came with plenty of extra screws and whatnot just in case.

Slightly Disappointed
From work to gaming, I can spend about 10 hours a day at my desk. I had hoped for a thicker foam cushion. It's very comfortable and well made. The first time I reclined with the lumbar support, my back cracked in 2 places. It is a great chair for the money. I chose this chair because I weigh in at about 230 and have arthritis in my knees and hips so I don't always sit very gently. The size of the chair and strength of the piston have been quite adequate.

I've had better chairs off of the side of the road.
Unboxing - Horrible factory smell. Literally every piece of packing and piece of the chair is charged with a crazy amount of static electricity for some reason. Think like you're a kid trying to charge up to shock people or using a balloon to raise hairs but 10x that? Definitely wouldn't build the chair alongside building a PC if that's the plan. Assembly - Couldn't find my allen wrenches so I assembled with the included tool. The palms of my hands are actually cut and bruised from the crappy plastic T shape. Otherwise mostly intuitive, mostly clear instructions. The package that they put the hardware in smelled even worse than the chair and was brittle, flaking plastic and (paint/ink) and was warping like it was completely soaked with something at some point (like how carboard gets after its been wet). The chair - Hard as a rock. I'm trying to think of some kind of particular material that I can compare this too, but it's hard to think of anything. It's definitely not like any chair I've ever had, or desired to sit in a second time. I guess... rubber, maybe? Like, if you've ever sat on a tire swing? The slight flex/give of the inner part of the tire and the unwillingness to budge of the rest of it? Something like that. Maybe it's intended to be something to "break in", but the foam/padding/whatever barely budges when I sit in it for the seat and the back doesn't give at all. The back in particular is made worse by the fact that the chair is ... ... An ergonomic nightmare. Nothing is comfortable about this chair. The back is probably the worst part of the whole thing, but none of it is good. The back is poorly designed for a person of any height. The only time I'd owned a similar chair I had removed the lumbar support cushion because I didn't like it. Immediately I had to do the same with this one, except the difference wasn't even that much. The back of the chair is so incredibly poorly shaped and designed that I cannot actually touch my head/neck to the included head/neck rest without throwing my shoulders back to the point they're basically behind the chair and my chest is puffed out like an angry chicken or duck. WITHOUT the lumbar support cushion, which ALSO has no flex or give. With the lumbar support, which I'd have done without anyway, just... good luck. The fact that the chair has SO little give to it makes me feel like it will literally be impossible to break the back of the chair in, and if you can ever manage to - your back will probably be completely destroyed by then. In the time that I've been sitting down to write this review, I just don't even want to be at the computer any longer. As someone who doesn't really suffer from any particular isolated pains that I would notice on a day to day basis - I can actually feel this chair stretching things that probably shouldn't be stretched and pushing on things that probably shouldn't be pushed on causing pain within half an hour and who knows what issues from prolonged use. Like, just no. Don't. Don't even think about it. Don't go and research and read all of the reviews online telling you that you have to spend hundreds and hundreds or even into the thousands of dollars for a chair and then completely ignore all of them because they're just stuck up about cheap chairs, 'gaming' chairs, 'racer design' chairs, etc. They're not. They're not lying, they're not exaggerating, they're completely right - or at least in this case they were. Can't wait to see what the return process for this stupid thing is going to be too. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun to disassemble and try to slap back into the box. I also refuse to believe that this chair has such glowing reviews that it is so close to 5 stars. Amazon needs to get their ... stuff... together and crack down on the various types of review fraud that is occurring that allow for a product SO objectively bad to get and maintain such a favorable average review score.

Like sitting on a solid cloud.
When I sit down on my $80 Wal-Mart office chair, it feels soft at first, but then it's killing me an hour later. When I first sad down on this gaming chair, it felt like sitting on a solid rock. But once the memory foam started adapting, that all went away. I feel nothing but comfort, and no pain whatsoever, no matter how many hours I sit on it without moving. What is this witchcraft?

You get what you pay for.
Quality appears excellent out of the box. Breaks down fast.

Not great, but itll work
As a 6ft guy, I find the chair to be designed for someone smaller than myself. The neck pad hits my shoulders and you cant adjust it up, the foot rest hits the back of my knees, and I also dont find the cushion to the all that comfy. On the plus side, it was easy to put together and will work. I like that I can lay back in it if I want to and also lock the back in place anywhere I want it. If I were to go back, I would try a different one. But, I also just put it together last night, so maybe it will take a little time to break in and get comfy? After gaming for 2 hours, I was ready to get up though.
