The straws are thicker than any other straws i've used before, so it was a bit awkward at first, but they're great. You can tell by the size in the image, but for anyone else who doesn't fully read all of the descriptions, these straws are really only appropriate for regular-sized cups. You wont be able to use them with taller water bottles. The texture of the silicone straw is twizzler-like, and the cleaners are super flexible so you have to work them in inch by inch, which I was kind of surprised by. It does make it possible to fit them in the carrying case though, so I'd say it's overall a plus. Finally, the actuall carrying case is an open seal (not a zipper or anything that completely shuts). I think it's a great product, but if you're looking for thinner/longer straws then maybe try a different product.
