Smooth Flow Baffle Attachment Compatible with Seachem Tidal Series HOB Filters/Slow And Quiet Flow (Tidal 55, Black)

Fits perfectly on my Tidal 55 with a snug fit. Does exactly what it says it does. Decreases water turbulence significantly and allows me to run at max output with a 29 gallon community tank with a very gentle current. Water flow is a little quieter but the trickle sound was never as much of a problem as the violent current. It doesn't blow my floating plants around as much anymore and my long finned Betta has a much easier time moving around. He actually prefers to hang out under the outflow sometimes now! Haha.

My floating plants don’t like the turbulence created by my Tidal 35 hang on back filter. This was the perfect solution. It snaps on where the water flows out and slows the water flow down. Algae does grow on it and it needs washed from time to time. Give it a rinse and put it back on.

Ordered this package once and it got lost in shipping ordered it again. It took forever to get here and it really doesn’t change the noise that much.

It's a perfect fit on my Tidal 55. I run a Tidal 55 on my 29 29-gallon tank. Unless I set the flow to minimum, too much current is created by the flow. This little device has corrected that problem, allowing me to increase the flow rate without generating the unwanted current. Great invention!!
