Nice texture, small amount
More subtle than regular salt which is nice - assuming this is authentic it's a bit pricy for the small amount. Be sure to read the ounces carefully. Nice crunchy texture that it adds to food too.

The salt is ready to use, it doesn’t need to be ground as it is fine enough as is.
SaltCraft Co - Baja Sea Salt, Natural Grain Crystals, Low Sodium 30% | Perfect for Hydration & Cooking | Kosher Certified & Mineral Salt | Non-GMO - 8 Ounce First impressions: Nice resealable pouch with a good amount of sea salt inside. The salt is I guess a medium grain and is uniform in size. The salt is ready to use, it doesn’t need to be ground as it is fine enough as is. Installation/setup: Use in recipes calling for a larger grain size. Final thoughts: It’s not really a flaky salt like for pretzels, but would be a nice salt to sprinkle on a fresh bread crust or as a finishing salt in a dish. I’m not sure I would use it in a recipe as regular table salt is much less expensive. I do enjoy a nice sea salt, the flavors can be different depending where they come from. My favorite so far was a natural salt from Ireland, but this is a close contender. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Baja sea salt, larger crystals
I use This when I want A little bit of crunch on top of salads, casseroles, Mac n cheese. The salt isn’t very salty and is almost like fleur de sal. Great quality

SALTCRAFT COMPANY - Baja Sea Salt, Natural Grain Crystals
I ordered the SALTCRAFT COMPANY - Baja Sea Salt, Natural Grain Crystals packet. This is really nice salt for finishing a nice dish. The crystals are not super fine making it easy to grab a pinch and difficult to over salt.

Wonderful finishing salt
SALTCRAFT COMPANY - Baja Sea Salt, Natural Grain Crystals, Low Sodium... Not everyone can taste the differences between common processed table salt and natural sea salt, but for those who can, we are very lucky! We are big fans of 'alternative salts' in this house, and this Baja Sea Salt is a lovely addition to our collection. These kind of finishing salts are not really intended to be your regular salt - this is more of a treat - something you may sprinkle or grind a little over a beautiful steak, or homemade caramel or the like. However you enjoy it, this Baja Sea Salt has that extra ocean punch, bringing out more flavors from your dishes. Highly recommended.

Sea salt, medium grain
My mom loves to get premium salts... I was never interested but since I ran out thought to try this one. It comes in a medium sized package and I'd say the salt size is also medium. It's something It's versatile too, something I could use for everyday cooking or even on top of salads or grilled vegetables. I'm not great at describing salt but I feel it has the sea salt taste, I guess like the ocean? It's definitely a lot more flavorful than average ionized salt. But at the same time, I like that it's nothing too fancy if that makes sense... Overall great sea salt!

I use a pinch under the tounge before bed followed by a few sips of water. Sleep fine. Not noticing any cramping after long strenious bike rides.

Baja sea salt 227g packet. Each grain is quite salty, I've added these to a vegetable salad with a balsamic dressing and the salt added the needed salty flavour. I use a lot of salt while cooking and one of the biggest hurdles is putting an adequate amount without oversalting the dish. A pinch was adequate for the salad and it didn't taste overly salty as it does with same amount of table salt. The size of the grain is much bigger than regular table salt, however not excessive big like Kosher salt that it needs to be ground. Because of the size of the grain I thought these would crunch at the teeth, however they dissolved well and evenly in the moisture of the salad so there was no grit or chunks of salt to bite into. Surprisingly there is a faraway expiry date for salt. The label was confusing and the envelope does look a bit like bath salts. The nutritional facts label had 0s across the board as you'd expect with pure salt, and the sodium content was advertised as 30% less or 450 mg in 1.5g of salt. It's a little hard to wrap the head around the less sodium as salt is essentially a combination of sodium and chloride ions. The typical difference is that sea salt has minerals and colours regular table salt does not but they still should contain the same amount of sodium. The serving size is listed as 1.5g and that the container has 300 servings however that would equal 450g and not the 227g held in the packet - which would instead give 151 servings. Although delicious, the salt is not cheap compared to other sea salt or Himalayan pink salt or table salts out there, it is worth a try and visually the presentation is lovely.
