It is a sturdy item and almost meets all my needs. I would recommend that it have a few options for securing the sides to a dock. I had to add straps to it to secure the sides due to it having to be placed on metal corner supports on my dock. I love that it has four holes at the top to secure it. It should last a long time and it protrudes far enough out to prevent damage to our pontoon boat.

Just installed a couple of weeks ago. Looks and feels nice and sturdy. We've also just put our pontoon boat in the water and have docked twice. We want to protect the pontoon from getting dinged if we hit the corner of our dock.
