P500811 18 cm Santoku Knife, Stainless Steel, 10 Year Guarantee

Works perfectly for cutting meat, fish, veg etc. We have had this knife for nearly two years now, and with a sharpen every now and then, have had no issues. I regularly put it in the dishwasher too. Note that it is hollow and very light so don’t expect a luxurious heavy knife feel. For me it is a decent, good quality knife that gets the job done at a bargain price.

Nice in the hand. Lightweight and sharp enough for the intended purpose, also cuts hard cheeses very nicely, all round versatile and handy pair of knives. Great price, overall great value and while not mindblowing sharpness, surprisingly good for a mass produced knife.

Great knife, very strong and sturdy. easy to cut with as it is very sharp so doesnt require too much pressure. Looks powerful and it is lol definitely good value for money!

This knife is a thing of beauty. Extremely sharp and well crafted, feels very good in the hand and makes short work of anything in the kitchen. My only con with it is that it comes with a 10 year guarantee but no details of how to register the product. All in all, a fantastic purchase.

I was right, I love it when I am right! I gathered that all those overpriced kiritsuke knives are made in China and they are just very good knives and so this one would be too, and it is. If you want a proper Kiritsuke, ask a Japanese sushi chef for a reputable merchant and then get a second mortgage.

Love the knife, wish it came with a protective sleeve though. Has rated sharp for 3 months but now needs a little sharpen. Was introductory knife and will now purchase more costly one.

At first i was impressed with my new knife, it was very sharp and cut a lot finer than any of my older and cheaper knives, but in less than two weeks the blade was dulled and struggled to cut tomato's, even after sharpening it , the blade is still not as sharp as it was straight out of the box. So, it was an improvement on my old knife, but i would not recommend this knife

This is a great knife, especially for the price. I bought one as a gift for someone and one for myself having had a smaller version for a while.
