I’ve been using the Bear Humidifier with Aromatherapy Diffuser for about a month now, and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. The 5L tank is perfect for large rooms, and it easily runs through the night without needing a refill. The top-fill design makes refilling and cleaning super convenient, and the 28dB silent operation is genuinely quiet—I hardly notice it running. The 360° nozzle is also a nice touch for spreading mist evenly. The only drawback is the essential oil feature. Unfortunately, the aroma effect is very minimal and almost unnoticeable, which was a bit disappointing since I was expecting a stronger fragrance diffusion. Other than that, the humidifier works exactly as described—great mist output, reliable automatic shut-off, and consistent performance. If you’re mainly looking for a humidifier, this is a solid choice. If aromatherapy is a key factor, it might not fully meet expectations.

Doesn't work. Defective product. Better to buy some other good brand, this is a very cheap quality plastic product and most of the parts are broken. Water leaks out. If you want flood inside your house then go for this product.

For last few days I was having choked nostrils under AC environment. Got to see someone's post over X regarding a humidifier that should be a must for an AC room to get rid of allergies, dry skin and choked nostrils. After a little research decided to go for Bear made Humidifier and the results are wonderful. Yesterday only I unpacked it to find a nicely designed cute machine. It is very easy to install and there is zero noise. The features that make it distinct is that it can be top filled with a wide inlet. Moreover you can see the water level distinctively. Best part of is that it has a separate slot on the bottom that provides for use of aromatic oil. The efficacy of the humidifier is second to none. My experience is wonderful. I got it installed yesterday only. Perhaps I have to write down another review after six months of use.

Great product. But price is too high.

Product is good, but I could not find any brand warranty. Any product without basic brand warranty should not be sold at such a high price. That is the only problem am finding, no brand warranty means this product is not tested properly. Somehow the product that i received works fine.

The humidifier was working fine but stopped working all of a sudden and there aeems to be no customer support post purchase and warranty is also not clear. Please revert re your warranty

Wir haben das Gerät seit nun 10 Wochen in Betrieb und es tut was es soll: Nebel/Dampf erzeugen, in einer guten Menge. Der große Wassertank hält lange vor, in Abhängigkeit der gewünschten Nebelmenge. Er muckelt bequem 10 Stunden und ist noch nicht leer. Er steht hier nahe dem Ofen zur Regulierung der Luftfeuchte. Grenzwertig, jedoch für ein Gerät dieser Klasse passabel, 2-5% mehr sind immer drin. Der Raum ist nicht geschlossen, im Zentrum des Hauses. Er ist wirklich sehr leise, vergleichbar mit tiefen Atemzügen. Stört auch Nachts nicht. Die kleine LED hab ich zugeklebt. Die ist zwar auch eher im vernachlässigbarem Bereich mit der Helligkeit, mich persönlich stört jedoch nachts alles was heller ist wie (als?) eine Dunkelkammer. Die Reinigung ist auch relativ schnell und einfach erledigt. Man sollte jedoch von Zeit zu Zeit auch das kleine Filterteil öffnen, reinigen und die Tonkugeln abkochen sowie den Deckelauslass vorsichtig auseinanderklippen zum reinigen. Hier entstehen schnell so 'Schleimflächen' aus Keinen/Bakterien die dich dann natürlich munter in der Raumluft verteilen. Dann dauert die Reinigung mal 5 Minuten länger. Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät, das reell Nebel macht und eine Heizsaison bestimmt durchhält. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Prodotto ottimo! extra silenzioso, facile da montare e capire, la scelta come diffusore è un plus carino. Esteticamente molto delicato ed elegante (non sembra per niente un umidificatore) estremamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto. L'unica cosa sulla quale bisogna fare attenzione è quando si solleva, perche il contenitore non s'incastra all'apparecchio.

Ça fait deux ans que je l'utilise quasi quotidiennement pour mes plantes, surtout en hiver pour contrer la sécheresse de mon poêle a bois. Il fait super bien le taf, malgré le fait que j'utilise l'eau du robinet qui est très calcaire. Je le détartre environs une fois par mois dans un bain de vinaigre blanc et il est de nouveau comme neuf à chaque fois. Très pratique en plus d'être beau. Vraiment je recommande, c'est un des rares produits acheté sur amazon qui fonctionne encore apres deux ans d'utilisation en continu 👍
