This metal enclosure is very sturdy and well built. Mounted to outside of house for a project , enamel is very good and would order again.

Very sturdy Electrical Box
I ordered this electrical box to hold a 12v DC transformer. The box is made of decently thick metal and is very sturdy. The hinge on the cover is also solid and not flimsy in any manner. There is a latch to keep the door closed which can be opened with a coin or large flathead screw driver. It would be easy to replace with a keyed latch if needed. The back of the box has 4 mounting holes in the corners and a grounding mount and screw. There are a lot of available punchouts of various sizes, 5 on each of top and bottom and 4 on each side so very versatile for any installation.

Well made, easy to knock out the knock outs - would prefer the knockouts to come out cleanly
Worked well for my project. Unfortunately, knock outs left small burs, but otherwise solid and lots of space for making connections.
