I may switch to a brand that also includes luteolin with the PEA. From what I've read the combination works better for sciatica. But at least no tummy upset with these. Capsules are easy to swallow. We're all different and these may be great for you, but I'm personally not seeing results.

My doctor told me to take these to help with pain. I don’t think they work, as most of my other pain meds do nothing. Wish they would work as he says they should.

I've been taking this for a year now. I have interstitial cystitis with hunners lesions, I have been in pain almost constantly for nearly 10 years because of it. For a year now (since starting this supplement) I have not had a single flare up. It took about a month for it to work, and about two months before I realized that it was a direct result of this supplement, because when I stopped taking it the pain returned. I started off taking two a day but now I only need one a day. If you have IC and notice a "flare" while taking this I urge you to invest in test strips. Every time I thought it was a flare since starting this it ended up being a real UTI. This has changed my life. I can be a real mom and wife again. I still avoid trigger foods, but mostly out of fear, even when I do mess up though I don't get pain from it. ❤️ Please give it a try. Just talk to your doctor if you are unsure.
