The decorations were as detailed and looked really nice. It was a great buy. It doesn’t come with balloons, but I find that the ones that come with most sets do not ever stay up( even with helium).

Great value, quality was great, colors were vibrant. Would definitely recommend. Only draw back was the tissue puff balls. More work than I envisioned but if you don't wait til 30 minutes before people show up like I do then that wouldn't be a problem for you.
