Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is a must watch for the story and the wisdom it brings. I discovered to my dismay two of the files, VTS_02_1.vob and VTS_02_2.vob in Season 1, volume 4 does not load. Same with Season 3, vol 4, VTS_02_3.vob and VTS_02_4.vob. It seems to not able to get started trying to read the tracks. The other files in this volume it is able to read fine. Can customer service help me retrieve these files from the source?

Rating it "1" only because cannot rate it lower. This set is missing many scenes from the original episodes aired on TV. This is unacceptable, as the description on the detailed page did not mention this. Not sure why the scenes were deleted. In some instances, some very critical aspects of the story have been deleted. Very unhappy!

DVD quality was very good. All 10 DVDs run perfectly without any hiccup. Since this vol-i deals with only Sati & parvati story, one needs vol-II & future vol-iii to have all episode of this serial.
