One of my customized badges was incorrect. And it states I wasn’t able to return

Made a master template with company name and layout with logo. The first one came out amazing. Been going off that template since. Multiple buys. Great value for ID badges. Gonna buy again for multiple departments.

All the info is correct and the badge looks expertly done. The back was ordered plain gray, is what I recall, and it turned out plain white instead, but that's fine too (and could have been a software glitch on my or their end, or some error or mis-recollection by me). Overall, I'm relieved and happy.

It was uncharacteristically large and didn't have the dimensions in the product details. It also placed the picture on crooked. The printing quality was good

wrong size for id badge, (too big) graphics were straight on one, and not straight on the other.shipping was extremely slow. came from China.
