Dehumidifiers job
I have so much moisture in my home I couldn’t keep up not sure if it’s the years climate with excessive moisture but there is definitely no static except the dog! Turned it on after getting it out of the box, skimmed the quick start guide and in two hours I had a gallon of water emptied two other times it was half full then set it in the moisture area at midnight and it shut off at 5:30 AM full yet again! It definitely works well and I’m glad it’s removing the moisture!! Moves easy dumps great if it wasn’t big enough I’d buy another!

6000 Sq. Ft 100-Pint Dehumidifier Works!
Finally found a replacement dehumidifier that works to replace my old one. I tried several Energy Star rated units and had to return them because they would not get my basement to safe humidity levels below 55%.I’ve come to the conclusion that you need to have at least 700-watts of rated power in a dehumidifier for it to do a good job. This dehumidifier has been running for a week and seems to get the job done. Model WP08Update!The unit is not working and it's less than eight months old. Contacted customer service twice and I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's going on one week and no response. They claim to give you a 3 year warranty! Ha,Ha. I can't even get eight months of warranty. "Don't Buy!"lousy customer service, if their is any!Jerry

Exceeds my expectations
Much more efficient than my previous unit. Actually makes my whole house much less humid. 1358 square feet living space and Florida is super humid. Highly recommend. Easy to use and sleek design. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not worth start I paid 😞
It was the size I wanted, but the tank inside is not as big as I thought it would be. Fills up a lot more quickly than advertised, and the water receptacle is tough to get out of the unit. It is energy efficient, and does dry out the room but it's a little more inconvenient than I thought it would be.

Stuck in Defrost Mode?
Bought in Aug 2024, used only for about three months, it now appears stuck in Defrost Mode and does not remove moisture, when I had to use it again in mid-Dec as the unusually warm start of winter, in central Illinois, made the basement felt damp. The symptom also includes that the Humidity Display and the Power Button keep flashing and machine keeps running non-stop, even while the room humidity it detects and displays is below the desired setting level when it is supposed to stop running.

Hard to Remove Water Receptacle
Does not pull out as much moisture and other units I have had.It is hard to remove the water receptacle from the unit to empty the bucket. It is very awkward to carry since the bucket is a lot larger on one end of the bucket instead of being uniform and balanced all the way across. So the water wants to slosh out of that larger end before it can be emptied. It is not removing much moisture from the air at this point so it will prolly get returned.I do not recommend.

Free warranty????? Not so fast!!
Still testing unit performance. Yes tank is small When trying to activate their three year warranty on their web sight i got a unsafe ping. I also do not like their cookies they use and could not finsh the warrant activation without their cookies. So this free three year warranty comes with strings attached!!! Will update after testing.
