The thing that stands out most about this plush is that it's truly soft! I have sensory issues when it comes to touch, so a lot of things that are intended to be soft feel gross or bad to me. However, this feels great to me! This plush is a great size and density for cuddling, including for adults. The stitching is strong and sturdy, especially in the middle of his head, the easiest spot to hold him by one hand. It feels like it can survive average wear and tear, especially from kids. Additionally, the plush comes in a sealed plastic bag, so damage to the box (e.g. getting wet like mine did) won't hurt the plush itself. Overall, I recommend this plush for Sonic fans of all ages, including children. I will update this review as time passes to see if my thoughts on the quality still hold up. October 2025 update: I haven't put much wear on him, but he's still in pristine condition!

I sat on buying him for a while due to the price, but honestly? I don't regret getting him at all!! He's super soft, he's got a lil' bit of weight to him; He's great to hold and also can be used like a pillow! What I like a lot are the shape of his quills, it's something I kinda tend to look at a lot when it comes to Shadow plushies. They aren't perfect, but his quills are probably a little difficult to translate into a plushie, so I understand. I still think they still look good, plus they hold up well! The embroidery on his eyes also looks good, too! Overall, he's great! I used my hand in case anyone was wondering how big he was; My hands are a bit smaller, so it may make him look a little bigger than he really is, so take it with a little grain of salt.. (Ignore how dry they are, it's cold in my room!)

Purchased this as a gift for my nephew. He LOVES Sonic, and seeing his head nearly explode opening it was worth every penny! It is large, incredibly soft, and the colors are vibrant. He's using it as his "favorite pillow" now. Couldn't be any happier with this purchase.

My son absolutely LOVES these, he's 17 lol, he uses them for pillows and he's has ALL of them. They SUPER soft and they're huge and super stuffed! Great pillows, HOWEVER, the price being $40 each ($39.99 +tax) for me is a bit ridiculous. I don't understand why they're so expensive...who spends $160.00 +tax on 4 Sonic themed pillows....ME, I DID 😂 only because my son wanted them for Xmas. Like I said, great pillows, that's a fact, so 4⭐ because the price is so steep.🤷🏻‍♀️
