Okayish product .. does not do much.. don't understand the reason for so many five starts reviews..Sharing experience of using the product for more than couple of years..#best tip.. drink black coffee minus the sugar.. for best metabolism effect and alertness.

Taking this table you face kidney and liver disease. I take this only 5 days and kidney pain observed, jam in urinary tract. And observe fatty liver. I am now in medically unfit and lost near about Rs 1 lakh for medical treatment. Very dangerous medicine. I lost my trust from Amazon India.

I already follow a very solid diet and training plan and have lost 30kgs over past 6 months. This product did not work for me.I did not get any visible results. I had better results with fish oil, CLA and L-carnitine types of supplements.

Many people out here are not happy with the product as they did not see any noticeable change in their weight! However weight loss depends on the amount of calories you require and amount of calories you take. By taking green tea, you may avail benefits like improvement in metabolism, providing anti-oxidants to your body etc which eventually may help in reducing weight if you are in caloric deficit.So just eat less that required and exercise. No shortcut!This is not a weigh loss supplement. And i believe this product is the cheapest product available out here and which does its job well!
