Very good product.
Am writing this review after using the product for 3 months. Below are the things i observed. 1) Build quality is good and its nose is adjustable. The steel is thick and a bit heavy. 2) So far i have washed it immediately after use with filtered water and kept for drying. So no complaints of any rusting so far. I have started using non iodine salts once the salts which came along with the product were used up. 3) Easy to use.

Nice and sturdy , can last a lifetime.
The product is quite sturdy and durable will good finishing and quality. It comes with few salt sachets and a very good and easy to understand manual on how to perform the kriya. However there are a few design flaws. One is that the weight of the pot is not balanced , as it keeps falling towards the nozzle. Second is that while the pot is full and we start to tilt it , water first starts coming from the top , rather than the nozzle. Maybe the manufacturing team can take a note of this and work on improving the design.

Great Tool to fight pollution effect on sinus
An excellent pot for Jal Neti kriya. Made of Stainless steel and can hold around 500 ml of water sufficient for doing the kriya from both nasal openings.

The best in the class
I tried many Neti lotas especially made of copper or brass. The problem was that copper was difficult to clean and developed some discolouration after sometime. Same with brass. Another problem was that the snout of both lotas became loose after some use and I had to buy another one. And in the market only these metal lotas were available. Never had an idea that there are lotas made of strong steel. I saw it in amazon and ordered it. Steel is heavy and of good quality; the snout is not welded but bolted very strongly. The tip of the snout is easily placed in each nostril for hassle free neti kriya . It is easy to clean and comes back to its original sheen in no time . I would like to give it more than five stars. I have already recommended it to many of my friends

Rusted in a week
It was good the first week, the following week even after cleaning properly. The neck has developed rust, now I can’t use it anymore as it’s not safe. And this product say its stainless steel.

Flawed Design
After few days of use I find the design is flawed. While trying to run the water through the nostrils, 1/3rd of the water is initially wasted due to overflow from the rim in spite of ensuring the vessel is not overly tilted. At the start the water is filled upto the neck of the vessel. Suggest the portion above neck is made vertical instead of like a lip and height be increased by at least 5 mm. This problem had been highlighted by another buyer earlier but unfortunately i decided to ignore it. Too expensive considering design is flawed.

I purposely looked for a Neti pot that was made from stainless steel so I could just throw it in the dishwasher. I was totally discontent with the ceramic versions which aren't high fired clay, chip and can easily harbor bacteria {although I like the feel and look of these mini teapot versions}. I don't trust plastic and they also recommend that it only be used for a few months due to the material begins to breakdown {although extremely convenient for traveling, especially when flying}. Neither of these types of Neti pots were sterile enough for me who is dealing with immune issues anyway.

I decided to try a neti pot from IndoSurgicals because my old one from another company had too many problems with it. My old one dripped when put to my nose, couldn't be cleaned effectively, and eventually rusted. I didn't want to try plastic (didn't feel clean to me), so I went with metal again. I decided to try this one from IndoSurgicals and so far it's been pleasant. No dripping, I could clean it easily and let it dry. It's stainless steel so not worrying about rusting. All in all, great product, less hassle, and it's really helping with my sinus problems.

This is my first neti pot, so I really can't compare it to anything else. BUT it did make my life much less miserable when I had my first sinus infection of the year. Just be prepared to be grossed out if you're sick the first time you do this! I had no idea my nose would hold so much green goo!! Better down the sink than in there, but holy moly! It was gross! My only complaint so far (after about a dozen uses) is that there are a few little spots on the bottom of the pot that look like rust. They don't seem to get bigger, and I haven't noticed anything else corroding, so I just wash it every time I use it and make sure it's dry before I put it away.
