Very Disappointed – Poor Product Quality and After-Sales Support
I would honestly rate this as one of the worst products I’ve used. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to purchase it—but the problems began just 3 to 4 months later. It started with charging issues, and soon after, the charging socket stopped working entirely. I approached the authorized service center, and while they did place an order for the required parts, there has been no proper update or clear timeline for delivery. As a result, the phone has become completely unusable and has been lying idle for weeks. The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability—the company seems least bothered about ensuring timely delivery of parts to their own service center. Definitely a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone based on my experience.
