Hello, so upon using these hemp-gummies; I got these about a month ago and I went with the option of getting (2) in a set. After have using these for about a month, I can conclude that these actually help with better sleeping patterns, as I’m an insomniac who is a heavy caffeine drinker. These gummies are made with ingredients to help with joint and pain relief, for example, if your muscles ache and you’re fatigued, these gummies were made to support and ease that. Alongside, I’ve noticed other changes -like better concentration, feeling more calm, and sleeping better. Also, the quality including the taste are incredible! These are so flavorful! Flavor is one of the things I consider when taking herbalsupplements!Plus, another great thing to consider is that these are made with pectin and are all vegetarian ingredients which is great since I’m a vegetarian. One of the cons is that the bottles are small and they don’t contain a lot of gummies for the price. Hey, but they’re effective, so maybe the value is within that order. Other than that, I recommend.

I expected that these gummies would not work. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep. The first night I took two of these and lo and behold, I fell asleep! They worked like a charm. With me, they take about one hour to work. I started feeling really relaxed, and then, PRESTO, before I knew it, I was asleep. So, I figured that first night was just a fluke, but I have been taking them every night for many days now, and they have not failed to put me to sleep...not even once. Color me THRILLED and GRATEFUL!

I can lie awake for hours after chewing three of them. They also are surgery and stick in your teeth. Requires heavy brushing to get the candy off of your teeth.

Nothing more than standard gummie vitamins - I did not find this product to work as described and it does not help one to relax. As for taste that too has a flat fruity taste. I will not purchase again.

This product doesn't stick or clump together. It does help me fall to sleep faster and tastes good. I would recommend these. They are also reasonably priced.

Chewable gummies help me get a good night’s sleep!! I take 2 gummies about 1-2 hours before bed and find myself getting sleepy about an hour later. Sleep mostly through the night except for an occasional bathroom break, but fall right back to sleep once I get back to bed. I absolutely love them.
