Bright, dazzling, great app. Instant email support at night.
Very Happy! Bought the 115" x 14" sign to replace very expensive dead one and the 39" x 8" sign to practice programming. It is amazing, way better than the original at a fraction of the price. The app is excellent but still being refined. Follow the instructions exactly! Especially download the sample already installed in the sign to your app and save it as your template. It is the best style to start with for your own displays. I did not and it took a long time to recreate the best style. Instant email support at night (China biz hours). The menu at the top of the app was cut off on pixel phones. I emailed this problem and was shocked to find they fixed the program by the next morning. They are eager to find out if they have solved your problem. Be sure to take time to experiment and save every version with a different name (including date and time) so you can always retrieve what worked. It takes a while to understand the logic of the app. In the end, it is the best of my many LED signs and by far the easiest to update just by using my phone! I am very happy with the sign and the super low price!

very ,very complicated set up, with a lot of glitches.
Phone or computer, neither works. cannot program anything it keeps running Chinese writing across the screen. Tried to call support, number not valid, email no response. very, very poor customer service. I will try some more but will return it for a refund in a few days if I cant get help.

Had it for about 2 months. Looks good. Fairly easy setup. Great for a small business window.

Our old one went out and instead of spending a fortune for another one I went with this one. The set up is relatively easy and works great. The only thing is that you cannot do emojis or anything like that. Still, it’s great for the price.
