These had been recommended to me and I have to say really pleased I have made these Marine collagen sachets part of my daily regime. Helping with my aching knees & can see a difference in my skin too. Great taste unlike a lot of other marine collagens I have tried, and they are so easy to take - no waste as individual sachets. I mix mine with water to help top up my water intake. Would highly recommend if looking for a collagen product which has clinically proven results.

The instructions on the actual product are in tiny letters - and lack the most basic information even when you put them under the magnifying glass. Fortunately the product information page has a "How to use" section, making clear that one sachet should be added to water or juice and then consumed. Saved me putting the stuff on my face! As a supplement they are good for people who can't or don't like to swallow tablets or capsules. The taste is good, and the ingredients should be beneficial - however, I could find no information on the quantities, which makes the nutritional quality and value for money difficult to judge.

This collagen comes in individual packets which makes it very easy to consume and take on the go instead of having to mix powders into water or smoothies. I usually take it in the morning on an empty stomach. The consistency is like a thick syrup (though not sticky like syrup would be) and it's very easy to consume, I like to give the packet a little shake before opening it. The flavour is quite sweet though not sickening and doesn't taste too artificial, it's generally fruity and berry tasting, I can't pinpoint a specific flavour. It being sweet also helps if you have cravings for candy or anything sweet. It also has some added vitamins - E, C, B6, Biotin as well as Zinc, Copper and Hyaluronic acid. Having added vitamin C is especially good since that helps with collagen production and you can just have this packet without the need to also take vitamin C alongside.

My wife liked the idea of this product, she had heard about it and was quite keen to try it. She has all sorts of lotions and potions and I think she just likes the feeling on her skin... and that was where this fell down. She had read the advert and believed she was getting some lotion to put on her skin. It was only when we read the box, and then the listing again that we came across the "Simply mix with water" etc to realise it was to be drunk! That was literally a full listing and more than half way through 3 of 5 bullet points before drinking it was mentioned! She was both disappointed and annoyed, because drinking a sachet of some untried product carries a lot more risk than putting it on your skin. She has some allergies and has no idea if drinking this will have any adverse effect on her. She has had this quite expensive product for 2 weeks now and still cannot bring herself to try it. I'm annoyed by ambiguous marketing and I cannot find any of the usual testing safety marks for an oral product. Pills and capsules are usually very keen to say that some big organisation says they are safe! This has nothing of the sort. It has some very vague messages on the back (in 5 languages) in writing so small, and on a pale blue background, making it impossible to read. I had to use my camera to photograph it to zoom in to read it! And that was with my glasses on. Not impressed at all.
