Great product and customer service.
I ordered this for my daughter who has epilepsy. I had chosen medium until I measured her head. I changed it to small, but apparently didn't save, and ordered a medium. It came quickly and I realized my mistake. I contacted them about an exchange. They agreed, I mailed the item back, and received the correct sized item quickly. Customer service is top notch.The helmet is great. It fits well. It is thick with plenty of cushion without being bulky or heavy. It comes all the way down in the back protecting the entire skull. My daughter loves the purple color.I would recommend it.

My daughter has epilepsy and this is the best head gear for her this are the nicest people I would tell anyone that has doubts about this product or company you should not doubt very friendly and will work with you to Solve any problem I would gladly do business with them anytime

Not the right fit.
I thought I was getting the cool pack.I measured my daughter’s Head and ordered according to size chart but it was too big.

Uncomfortable
Its so uncomfortable that it’s worthless.

Not worth it
The chin strap I feel like should be longer then again during my seizure my head still had scrapes and bumps afterwards.
