So I bought this 60-pack of premium Chaga tea because apparently, I'm now the type of person who forages for fungi with my credit card. The Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon tea quickly became my favorite tea of all time. The flavor is wonderful and not too over powered by too much cinnamon. It’s, smooth, flavorful, and a great way to intermittent fast with tea and no food. I add black pepper for a bit of bite. I love the fact that it is caffeine free and has excellent health benefits.My only complaint is the tea bags they come in. They are a bit too dense and filter out a little too much. So, I cut the bags open and put it into a coffee press. I sometimes even just dump the contents directly into my cup and ingest it all.

Helps my stomach but I do not recommend that you drink more than 1 tea bag at a time. Increase amounts can affect your cardiac output.

I have reviewed this tea once before.I have reordered it at least five times and recommended it to friends. I have copd, and the Mullien tea has been a huge assist in removing mucus from my lungs. I do a tea bag every night with a nice Manuka honey, or maple syrup, or agave once in a while. Sometimes straight lemon which is very invigorating and I know is good for my system.Straight up, it is a healer in many ways. The friends I have referred have noticed similar results. The taste is pleasant enough to where you can enjoy it for just that also!

This Mullen works great bring my mucus up almost right away. I have it every morning sometimes at night. I brought two bags, and I'm almost finished the first bag. I'm sure I will be ordering more. Great quality. Better than the capsules.

It’s ok , but it doesn’t tell you how long you should steep the tea. In addition, If I knew that the tea was in plastic bags and not paper bags, I would not have purchased this product. These are two important things that should be added to the description of the product

I just started adding two teabags, with my decaf tea, to make sweet tea. I add some sugar while it is warm and add lemon slices and orange slices separately. It’s delicious!
