I bought this because my old one, a Jabra equivalent has gone AWOL, probably because it is 100% black as is most of my office furniture etc..I chose this one because it has some silver elements - hopefully it will not disappear!The controls are similar to what I'm used to. The only issue with the user guide was that it took me a while to realise that the bits telling you how long to press have 2 seconds expressed as 2S - which I read to be twenty five seconds rather than the actual two seconds!

Volume on power on/off very quiet. Extremely tinny sound listening to music. Call Volume ok. No light to let you know when its on which is VERY ANNOYING!! Constantly having to check that I've turned it off. This is a deal breaker so I'm returning it

The earphone is very easy to use and it’s very quality I can easily hand my calls while working. The battery life is very long as well

Not bad product , would recommend. Could do with a smaller ear hook
