It connects to your music but doesn’t light up to the beats of your song. You have to hit really hard. Like I mean really hard. It almost feels like the buttons are like kind of “stuck”. You just have to hit so hard to get the reaction. It’s also pretty small. This might be a better option for kids?

Absolute garbage. Cheaply made. Pads were small, stuck, and not really functional. Cheap velcro tape to hang on your wall... Which actually says it might damage if removed. Look for other options out there.

Would have given this a 4.5. Only complaint is that I personally (a woman) found the surface where you hit to be a bit hard. You don't just tap it, it must be punched with a little bit of force. It does come with a rechargeable battery inside which I did not realize. You must fully charge the unit before you can begin. It is fun and I'll give you quite a work out.
